Tim was on time to the appointment and was very friendly and informative during the whole process. He was able to clean my HVAC system pretty quickly and was very thorough in the cleanup process.

Jacob Bobuck did a great job installing our new hot water heater. We had a small problem when my water shut off valve wouldn't budge, but Jacob got the old tank out and installed the new one the same day. I had to arrange a water shut off for my whole building, so Jacob could come back and change the shut off switch. The new switches look and work much better, metal as opposed to plastic. Also, a metal drain pan to protect against flood / overflow was installed to replace the plastic one I had before.

I called because I needed a new water heater. They sent someone over within an hour. Two hours later, the job was done. My plumber was Dusan. He was friendly and professional. Very happy with the work he did. He even swapped out some of the old pipes as well.

A big thank you to Danny and the plumbing nerd crew. I had two toilets reinstalled and the service and care was above and beyond. Danny took his time to make sure things were done right the first time. He gave each toilet a thorough look over to ensure they were in good shape. Our condo had a major waterline break yesterday and two Plumbing Nerds came out to repair it. Doug and Eric worked very hard to fix it in a timely manner sometimes working in a pouring rain. Jason installed a new hot water heater for me today. It was great! I called for help yesterday and he came today and was able to install the water heater. Great experience.
